Neither is universally "better" — it depends on your project size, budget, and how much hands-on technical involvement you want from the person actually building your ERP.

How I Selected This List
I grouped these entries rather than ranking them 1–8, because Odoo partners differ too much in scale to compare on a single axis. The criteria I used:
- Odoo certification tier — Gold Partner, Silver Partner, or independent/certified developer
- Geographic and language coverage — German-market presence, and DATEV/local-accounting familiarity where relevant
- Team size and typical project scale — SME vs. mid-market vs. enterprise fit
- Specialization angle — industry vertical, AI/automation focus, or general-purpose implementation
- Publicly available evidence — case studies, the Odoo customer directory, or third-party recognition (e.g. "Best Odoo Partner Europe" awards)
None of the eight publish pricing publicly — treat "request a quote" as the norm across this whole list, not a red flag for any one partner.

Should I hire an Odoo Gold Partner or an independent consultant? Gold Partners suit larger, multi-department rollouts where you want a bench of certified consultants and formal project management.
