For international companies, look for multi-company, multi-currency, and cross-border tax experience.
4. Choose Someone Experienced With Your Specific Odoo Version
Odoo moves fast. If you're implementing 17, 18, or 19, your consultant needs hands-on experience with that exact version — this matters even more during a migration, where deprecated features, custom module compatibility, and data-quality problems can turn into expensive surprises if nobody caught them early.
5. Ask for Case Studies That Actually Match Your Situation

What actually matters is availability, communication, timezone overlap, and a track record you can verify.
