Every project below is a real, currently-live Odoo implementation — not a mockup or a case study written up after the fact. I picked these six specifically because they don't repeat: a van-upfitting eCommerce store, an industrial valve manufacturer's trilingual B2B catalogue, a nine-city furnished-apartment rental platform built almost entirely from custom Odoo modules, a consulting firm's CRM and invoicing automation, a Shopify-to-Odoo inventory sync, and a live production migration across four Odoo major versions with zero data loss.

That range is deliberate. Odoo's defaults break in a different place for every one of these industries, and the pattern I keep seeing is that most "Odoo experience" on paper is really just repetition of the same one or two verticals.
